No per-client pricing: the math behind our pricing model

Personal-trainer software usually charges more as the client list grows. That creates a strange incentive: the more successful the coach is, the more the software takes. We built GainSync on a flat, per-coach model.

The math is simple. A coach at ten clients and a coach at one hundred clients pay the same annual fee. The marginal cost of an extra client is zero, so the coach keeps the margin they earn. The pricing rewards roster growth instead of taxing it.

This also changes how we think about features. We do not gate nutrition, payments, or scaling behind tiers that punish growth. Every coach gets the full stack, and the price only moves when the business needs extra seats or white-label support.
