Getting paid without chasing

Every coach knows the worst part of invoicing: the reminder. The polite follow-up message. The awkwardness of asking a client you see three times a week for the money they owe you.

Move the ask into the app

Payment requests move that conversation into the app. Send a client a request — one-off or on a schedule — and it lands where they already are, not in an email they'll “get to.”

The status is the point. You see at a glance what's paid, what's pending, and what's overdue — for every client, without a spreadsheet. When something goes late, it's on your dashboard, not a thing you have to remember to check.

Simple on their side too

For the client it's simpler too: a clear request, a clear amount, handled in a couple of taps. No bank details in a chat thread, no “remind me what I owe.”

And because payment state sits next to everything else — the check-in that's waiting, the session that went too hard — your picture of a client is complete. A late payment and a missed check-in in the same week is a different conversation than either one alone.

Charging for your work shouldn't be the hardest part of doing it. The money should be the easy bit — and now it is.
